4. Brief description of production process
Filtered diatomite production line
(1) Crushing
(2) Acid leaching and washing
(3) Drying
The filtered material (water content 30%) is conveyed to a rotary kiln (processing capacity 5t/h) by a conveyor for drying and calcining (temperature 700 to 1000℃), and then conveyed to an air cooler for cooling (temperature 250-300℃). The cooled material (water content 1.5%) is conveyed to the calcined diatomite storage bin.
