1. Working principle
High-speed impact crushing: After entering the rotor, the material is accelerated to a high speed (linear speed can reach 60-80m/s), and is thrown into the circumferential crushing chamber under the action of centrifugal force, and violently collides with the liner or other materials, realizing the crushing mode of "stone hitting stone" or "stone hitting iron".
Multi-stage crushing: Some materials circulate in the crushing chamber, reach the required particle size after multiple impacts and frictions, and are finally discharged through the screen plate.
2. Core structure
Rotor: The core component, usually made of high-strength alloy or wear-resistant material, with a built-in throwing head (blade), responsible for accelerating the material.
Crushing chamber: Annular design, lined with wear-resistant steel plate or ceramic liner, some models can adjust the angle to change the impact path.
Drive system: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through a belt or coupling (the speed can reach 1000-3000rpm).
Screening device: Control the particle size of the discharge material, some models are equipped with an adjustable screen plate or air classification system.
3. Performance characteristics
High efficiency and energy saving: large crushing ratio (up to 40 or more), high yield rate, and lower energy consumption than traditional sand making equipment.
Excellent particle shape: the output sand and gravel are mostly cubic, with low needle-like content, suitable for high-standard concrete aggregates.
Flexible adjustment: the finished product particle size (usually 0-5mm) can be controlled by adjusting the rotor speed, feed amount and screen plate gap.
Wear-resistant design: key components are made of cemented carbide or ceramic composite materials, with long life and low maintenance cost.
